an occasionally interesting newsletter from

Hiya!

Home /Office gigs for 2006
After the massive success of my home gigs in 2005, how could I not do it all over again in 2006 ... here is all you have to do:

1. Get all your mates round (If you have any) get loads of beer in and sup the lot
2. Call Dom for a Home gig or an office gig at Dinnertime
3. Enjoy a night with a difference listening to Doms material
4. No stop overs I’m not that kind of songwriter
5. I am fully housetrained
6. Have a whip round to show your appreciation
7. Tell all your mates to have a house party

The New Material
I have got some great new songs already written, and I am playing them live now:

  • I Come From Council House To Opera House - This song is all about my gig at The Manchester Opera House with Comedian Dave Spikey, and tells the whole story about how it all came about
  • As Kids We Went To Blackpool - Once again I draw on my childhood /Nostalgic experiences. This song is about them days when we used to go to Blackpool for 3-4 days on a sharra up the old A6
  • The Mancunian Way - This is a funny song all about Manchester, its people, it’s Places, even down to the way we talk, because there is only us that talk “proppor init”
  • My Mate's Got Farmers - It’s a song about them Farmer Giles.
  • Dont Go Drinking With Mr Tight
Its all about that guy who doesn't want to buy two rounds in one night (There's one in every boozer).

Plus a few more in the pipeline.
