"The weeks are closing in towards our Tribute to Rory in Ballyshannon. Just to let everybody know that well known Photographer Fin Costello will have his Exhibition of Rory Photographs on display along with Rory Memrobilia. We have a nice new larger Building this year for the Exhibition and it is opposite Rory Gallagher Place, in the Street where Rory first lived. We are delighted that Fin is taking the Exhibition to the Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival.

This unique 4-day tribute Festival takes place in the Town where Ireland's greatest Rock 'n Blues Guitarist - Rory Gallagher was born in Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal, in the North West of Ireland. Its the Fifth consecutive year for the event to take place following the success of recent years with thousands of Rory Gallagher's fans from all over the World making this now the Annual Pilgrimage to Ballyshannon.
The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival 2007 begins on Thursday 31st May and continues through until Sunday 3rd June. Among the acts appearing in Ballyshannon is the Eric Bell Band, of course Eric Bell the original guitarist with “Thin Lizzy”, while travelling from Missippi, USA to honour Rory are the Boo Boo Davis Band.
Some 32 performing acts will appear at the Rory Gallagher Festival coming from Germany , Holland , Italy , USA , UK and Ireland . Making a welcomed return are leading performers Sinnerboy led by Barry Barnes from Manchester.
