So, the final countdown has arrived. If you have not sent in your entry for the Poetry & Short Story Competition then it is time to do so now.
We know how tempting it is to hold on to your entry making the final adjustments – a tweak here and a correction there – but there comes a point where you simply have to have the courage of your convictions and post that envelope or complete that online entry.
Remember, no matter how wonderful your submission is, if it misses the judges' deadline then it simply won't get seen.
